If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Singers Glen.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Singers Glen we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
