If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Singers Glen.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Singers Glen we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
