If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Rockingham.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Rockingham we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
