If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Rockingham.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Rockingham we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
