If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Port Republic.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Port Republic we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
