If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Penn Laird.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Penn Laird we will nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
