If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Mt Crawford.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Mt Crawford we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
