If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Mount Crawford.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Mount Crawford we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
