If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Mount Crawford.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Mount Crawford we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
