If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in McGaheysville.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in McGaheysville we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
