If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Mc Gaheysville.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Mc Gaheysville we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
