If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Mc Gaheysville.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Mc Gaheysville we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
