If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Mc Gaheysville.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Mc Gaheysville we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
