Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Linville we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
