If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Linville.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Linville we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
