If your home needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Keezletown.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Keezletown we can best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
