If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hinton.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Hinton we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
