If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Hinton.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Hinton we can best know the retail value of your property.
