If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hinton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Hinton we will help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
