If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Grottoes.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Grottoes we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
