Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Grottoes.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Grottoes we will best know the actual value of your rental.
