If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fulks Run.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Fulks Run we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
