If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Bridgewater.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bridgewater we can nail down the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
