If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Bridgewater.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Bridgewater we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
