If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Bridgewater.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Bridgewater we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
