If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Bergton.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Bergton we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
