If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Bergton.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Bergton we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
