If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Woodville.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Woodville we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
