If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Flint Hill.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Flint Hill we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
