If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Flint Hill.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Flint Hill we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
