If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Flint Hill.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Flint Hill we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
