If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Chester Gap.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Chester Gap we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
