If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Chester Gap.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Chester Gap we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
