If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Chester Gap.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Chester Gap we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
