If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Castleton.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Castleton we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
