If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Castleton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Castleton we can nail down the retail value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
