If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Castleton.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Castleton we will best know the market value of your property.
