If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Castleton.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Castleton we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
