We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.
The key to great rental property management is great tenants. Nesbitt Realty rarely has problems with tenants that we place.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Boston.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Boston we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
