If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodbridge.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Woodbridge we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
