If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodbridge.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Woodbridge we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
