If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Woodbridge.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Woodbridge we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
