If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Woodbridge.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Woodbridge we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
