If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodbridge.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Woodbridge we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment.
