If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Triangle.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Triangle we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
