If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Triangle.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Triangle we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
