If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Triangle.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Triangle we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
