If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
