If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Sudley Springs.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Sudley Springs we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
