If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Southbridge.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Southbridge we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
