If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Southbridge.
The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Southbridge we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
