If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Southbridge.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Southbridge we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
