Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Southbridge.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Southbridge we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment.
