If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Occoquan.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Occoquan we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
