If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
