If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
