If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
