If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Nokesville.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Nokesville we will nail down the market value of your property.
