If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Montclair.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Montclair we will help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
