If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Montclair.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Montclair we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
