We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Montclair.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Montclair we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
