If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lake Ridge.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Lake Ridge we can nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
