If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Lake Ridge.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Lake Ridge we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
