We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Haymarket.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Haymarket we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
