We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Gainesville.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Gainesville we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
