If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Dumfries.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Dumfries we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
