If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Dumfries.
The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Dumfries we will nail down the market value of your home.
