If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Dumfries.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Dumfries we can best know the retail value of your property.
