If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Catlett.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Catlett we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
