If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Catharpin.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Catharpin we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
