If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Catharpin.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Catharpin we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
