If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Catharpin.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Catharpin we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
