If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Broad Run.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Broad Run we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment.
