We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Stanley.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Stanley we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
