If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Shenandoah.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Shenandoah we will best know the retail value of your rental.
