We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Shenandoah.
The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Shenandoah we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
