If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Rileyville.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Rileyville we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
