If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rileyville.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Rileyville we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
