If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Rileyville.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Rileyville we will nail down the retail value of your home.
