We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Whitacre.
The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Whitacre we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
