Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Whitacre.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property.
