If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Stephenson.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Stephenson we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
