If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Middletown.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Middletown we will help determine the retail value of your property.
