The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
