If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Middletown.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Middletown we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
