If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Middletown.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Middletown we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
