If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Middletown.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Middletown we will nail down the retail value of your property.
