Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Lake Frederick.
The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property.
