If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Lake Frederick.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Lake Frederick we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
