If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Gore.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Gore we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
