If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Cross Junction.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Cross Junction we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
