If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Cross Junction.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Cross Junction we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
