If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Cross Junction.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Cross Junction we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
