If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Clear Brook.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Clear Brook we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
