If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Clear Brook.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Clear Brook we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
