If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in West Falls Church.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in West Falls Church we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
