If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in West Falls Church.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in West Falls Church we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
