If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pimmit Hills.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
