If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Pimmit Hills.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental.
