If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Pimmit Hills.

The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
