If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Pimmit Hills.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Pimmit Hills we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
