If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in City of Falls Church.

The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in City of Falls Church we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
