If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in City of Falls Church.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in City of Falls Church we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
