If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Baileys Crossroads.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
