If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Baileys Crossroads.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
