If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Baileys Crossroads.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Baileys Crossroads we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
