If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in West Springfield.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in West Springfield we can help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
