If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in West Springfield.

The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in West Springfield we can help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
